This is exactly what we hear from parents since we opened our door in 2017, when they reach out to us by phone or when they come to our GYM.  This is what motivated us to create our Fundamental striking and grappling arts classes. This is a 16 week transformational program for teenagers between 12-14yrs old.

we prioritize quality over quantity and we want to ensure a more personalized approach so that your teen can have a true transformation.
 

Schedule:

Thursday: 6:30pm Take downs (Grappling)

​Friday: 5:00pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (NOGI)

​Saturday: 11:00am Striking - (Muay Thai)

​

PRICE (16 WEEKS PROGRAM)
March 13th to July 2nd 2023

8 Biweekly payment of 50$+TX= 57.47$

​

EBO equipment price: 156$ + TX = 179.36$

​

Equipment required: (Boxing Gloves, Shin pads, rash guards and surfing short (no pockets) equipment can be purchase in the academy (optional)
